Forget high cholesterol. Frying bacon in the nude can be hazardous to your health!
I can’t prove this theory but am willing to bet all that I own that “frying bacon in the nude… can hurt”. I’ve never tried it (although I can’t get that darn picture out of my mind now) but I’ve had bacon grease pop up and hit me in the hand and arms so I refuse to endanger other body parts to prove this theory.
Sometimes life lessons can be more painful than obvious but you don’t have to experience them in full form to get the full value. Sometimes a small “head thump” will do the job. Hopefully you won’t need to experience a baseball bat swing with splinters sticking out the side of your head.
Let me share a few bacon pops, or “head thumps” if you like, about the possible future of your online business. You can heed the little pain warning signs or you can wait and experience the full effects at a later date. It’s your choice if you want to go for baseball bats and bacon frying in the nude.
Does your website income suck? Frustrated? Good… that means something is about to change and turn your strategy around.
Head Thump 1 – No traffic = no chance of income. I know this sounds simple and it is. You don’t need to get nude to feel this. You can have a ugly website and make money online. You can have an average product or service and have a thriving business. But no traffic = no money. Nothing. Nada. Zero.
Head Thump 2 – Once your visitors find you they must feel part of a community and know that they count if you want them to come back again and again and again. Great content is not enough anymore and free is not the answer to online success. Buried inside your “bookmarks” graveyard are great looking and content rich sites that you have not visited for many months or even years. But I’ll bet my last dollar the sites you visit often are sites you feel part of a group or community.
Head Thump 3 – You must learn how to sell online or find someone else to show you how to sell or do it for you. If you market a product or service for an affiliate program, you must learn how to pre-sell. There is just no way around it.
I’m going to give you a break and lay off you for a little while.
Got a pounding headache yet?
I’ll see you in the morning.
Hey if you like my stuff, why not buy me a cup of coffee and I just might spill the beans!

I wear body armor frying bacon for goodness sake! Though when using any sort of bleach, I highly recommend to wear as little as possible. . .
You always give me a headache Paul. ‘Cause you make me think, then I have to give myself a few dozen dope slaps.
The aspirin you recommend works really well, as a matter of fact I’ve taken two. However, I have to confess, that the simple way you sum up what really needs to be accomplished. . .

All I can say is OUCH. I know what that pain feels like since I fried bacon just this morning (ahem…with my clothes on thank you very much)!.
I’m fairly happy with my web site income, but hope to increase it with a new section that I’m working on now. It’s going to be for Beginners Only. I’m hoping the title will cause everyone to take a peek and see what they’re missing.
Right now the best place for me to pre-sell and just plain sell affiliate products is my ezine. Those subscribers are my loyal followers and they seem to do/buy/ or whatever I suggest to them.
I need to work on pre-selling my affiliate products in places other than my ezine. I add them in wherever they seem appropriate, but there are some products that just don’t fit in with my web site pages. I have the traffic and I have the return visitors, so all I need is to figure out how to pre-sell those products (yes they are products my visitors can and do use).
I don’t want to be splattered with hot bacon grease, so I must get started.
Thanks Paul for that little (or should I say big) kick in the back side,
Sue
